Pros
Great people to work with. The technicians really care about their clients and take pride in the service they provide. It was truly a team environment.
Cons
As an office personnel I had no time in the field and little time to really learn any technology. I was primarily focused on learning the accounting procedures and little else. If your a technician it is a great place to work.
