Management was very professional, and seemed to really care about employees. I started as a receptionist and worked up to office manager and felt like the opportunities in the company were great. Morale was good most days and I learned a lot in my first "real" job.

Occasionally the environment on the jobsite could be stressful. Most team members worked overtime. You have to go to where the jobs are.
