Pros
Hours are flexible and can be modified to fit personal needs, most other staff are friendly, insurance licensing/courses are paid for by company, location of office is high volume but is a good area of town, stress level low depending on your understanding of the agency management system and expectations, older executives retiring and being replaced with younger executives with a more tech-friendly approach has made work easier, multiple locations in Florida which allows for flexibility if considering a move, offers work from home opportunities
Cons
Pay could be better across the board especially considering the high satisfaction of clients, training is lacking for new employees at all levels, more social events that encourage talking with new people would be welcome but not necessary, HR department comes off as "fake nice" as opposed to seeming genuine
