There is no such con about company but if I have to mention I can say less interaction between colleagues as I am a very social person. Rest all ok

salary delay every time, company environment is worst,saturday bhi working, frustrated employee, worst company. -Worst management -Saturday working -Compulsory to wear formal dress+shoes -Salary delay (2+ months) -Improper Working strategies .(They wont give you any -documents what to create, about functionality, design. -Every thing is verbally .. with pressure . ) - No celebration on diwali, Christmas, newyear - no gifts, no parties , no team outing, - No cabs, no food , no night allowance, -PF pending to submit (7 months)+ both employee and employer amount is deducted from employeea account - negative environment - before join this company make sure you can handle above points + mental pressure Nothing is good
