      The product designers is incredibly talented and the products are really well designed

      Cons

      Management is poor and the CEO can get in the way of real business opportunities. They lack a real product strategy and it feels like a fly by night company.

      Pros

      It was a great environment and I had the freedom to learn a lot. Good management and talented design staff. I had a great experience.

      Cons

      Small company so there are a lot of competitors. It is also in Oakland, but it is a great part of town. No real cons.

      Small group of people if you're not into working for big corporate settings

      Cons

      The founder is a very strange person. Hard to work with and puts a lot of stress on his employees for no reason, regardless of their performance.
