Pros

Great BAU team, good culture, friendly and supportive colleagues always ready to help peers. Great place to learn new technologies if you have the learning curve. Flexible working hours and good middle management.

Cons

Employees are micromanaged due to under staffing in order to drive results for a subset of high demanding customers. Unmanageable workload has resulted in key resources moving onto new ventures. Engineers work like robots with below average encouragement. Clueless management not keen to sit with the engineers, understanding the challenges to define right strategy. Improvements are quite visible in only revenue generating business units, however other supports units are ignored to a point that staff started leaving.

Pros

Great staff who are always willing to share knowledge and work hard. Macquarie Park office is a good location to work.

Cons

Avoid joining this MSP. It’s a hectic workplace without proper processes to run the show, senior leadership pretends want to receive feedback but never takes action. Most employees are dissatisfied, resulting in high turnover. The quality of service provided to clients is poor (2/10). They often charge customers for services they haven't performed, only doing the work if the customer notices. Their customers are leaving one by one due to poor service and incompetent leadership.
