Pros
+ obviously no dug testing. + they do offer limited benefits after 90 days + the 40% discount on all products, baby!!!
Cons
- very hard to grow as it is a "family business" and they promote their own - management is not experienced, and poorly trained - much micro management, and without a purpose - ridiculous employee regulations, especially for a dispensary - they subjected their employees to be part of a reality television show, and put a lot of pressure on them to participate, or even agree to be filmed
