Pros
If you can look past the toxic company culture and
outright dishonesty, you might be able to enjoy the location, benefits, and connections you make here.
Cons
What started out as a "great opportunity with great people" ended with me feeling mistreated and gaslit for speaking up. Since leaving, I've finally realized that I am capable of so much more than what this company saw in me. My biggest regret is not leaving sooner.
Their way of operating their business seemed rather sketchy to me. Fear appeared rampant as people seemed to turn on a dime any time the CEO butt their nose into situations. In some instances, the outcome was so deplorable, that even I began to question my morality for working for such a greedy company.
For better or for worse, talk seemed to get around fast at the office. Employee dissatisfaction appeared rather high while I was there, so I don't think I was alone in feeling this way.
At the end of the day, I'm just happy to finally be done with this horrid place. Each day felt like hell to me. I had become so worn down, that I shed tears of joy when I finally walked away for good. I will never sell my soul to a company like this again.
If you care about dignity, respect, and healthy boundaries, there are much better options out there.
