Pros

You get free food every Friday in the corporate office, you get most holidays off, and there are decent benefits. Not the best, but decent.

Cons

There is little to no career growth unless you're under the right people. You will be overworked, you'll have to fight to use your earned PTO, the office culture is almost non existent and kind of toxic, and they don't really care for you as an employee and only about what money you can make them regardless of your tenure. They also make people write glassdoor reviews as a new hire task.

Pros

I truly enjoy working for this company. I previously worked here for four years early in my career, and I was excited to return because of the positive experience I had. The company is organized, supportive, and creates a culture that encourages growth and success. I can honestly say I enjoy it just as much now as I did then.

Cons

At this time, I don’t have any significant concerns. Overall, my experience has been very positive.

Pros

Being promoted from Leasing Consultant to Leasing Manager has been an incredibly rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. This transition challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone and take on greater responsibility, from leading a team to making strategic decisions that impact the overall success of the property. As a Leasing Consultant, I focused on building relationships with residents and prospects, but stepping into a management role allowed me to expand those skills into leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving on a larger scale. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of operations, team dynamics, and the importance of creating a positive and productive work environment. This promotion has not only strengthened my confidence but also reinforced my passion for the industry. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow within the company and for the support and guidance that made this advancement possible.

Cons

I can honestly say i do not have any cons with working at Summerfield at Morgan Metro, this has truly been a great exeprience for me becoming a part of this company the only con i have is that i did not join the team sooner
