Pros

When ever there is a weekend sale you get free lunch depending on what the store manager gets.

Cons

Part time gets you about 21 hours or less per week. Sometimes it fluctuates to 35 one week only but that is very very rare. starting pay is 25 cent above minimum. You do so much work for little pay and they expect you to put in one 100% when they cant even take care of their workers. When ever you get a raise its only 5 to 15 cent jump that's it. This place should be ashamed of them selves with all the money they make.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
