Pros

The only pros were that I don't work or shop there, I avoid that place like it hasEbola.

Cons

Management is a bunch of childish imbeciles, harassing other coworkers and talking behind one another's back. My hours were cut because I stood up for a fellow coworker that was being harassed. I should have pursued legal action.

We appreciate you sharing your input, but we're disappointed you are unable to share a single positive thought about your co-workers, the company, benefits, job, etc. Harbor Freight continually strives to improve the work environment and experience for its employees, and we would have encouraged you to share your concerns with your HR representative, or anonymously called our HFT Outlet Hotline. As you have moved on, though, we wish you good luck.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
