Pros

I have some of the best co-workers. Some of the management is good. Flexible hours.

Cons

Understaffed, underpaid for the labor expected to perform, management asks its employees to give away free items or give discounts to sell either an Inside Track Membership or Extended Service Plan. People only come in for the never ending free items. Expected to make the store look new when it is old and run down with only 2 people scheduled to work. Terrible raises for staff and management. Recent reviews for employees was done by a manager that a) is no longer at the store and b) whom everyone and I mean everyone had a complaint about, how is that fair to anyone's review? Hence, a terrible raise.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
