Pros

Great team member environment. I typically don't love team member situations, but this works out great. I have had the best management team I could ever ask for and they are tremendously understanding about everything from calling in sick, to accidentally screwing up a transaction on the register.

Cons

The only cons are the pay and the scheduling. You're not given a schedule but a week in advance. Typically if anything comes up and you catch it quick, they'll fix it. Hours run really low unless the store is super busy for weeks. Typically 20 hours, so a perfect part-time gig for a student. The pay is not super alone being $7.79 to start, but with extended warranty sales you can make some extra money pretty quick

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
