Pros

I make a BUTTLOAD in commission. I LOVE my customers and everyone I work with are family

Cons

If you are hired in as sales or logistics? And want to move up into mgmt? SORRY! Not gonna happen unless your SM or DM likes you. But if your a drug addict off the street applying for a supervisor position? Your good! When your hired in, you CANNOT move up in the CO. because we "don't know the whole store " and that is 100% ridiculous. But apply for spvr OUTSIDE of the CO. And your IN. The senior sales must TRAIN supervisors? Senior Logistics must TRAIN supervisors? I'm pretty sure that the poster outside of work promises future employees the opportunity to move up in the company. Total LIES.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
