Innovative skintech start-up based in the grounds of a Tudor manor house. Great small team (you can take real ownership of the tasks you have and you are encouraged to take on tasks outside of your specific role in order to help move the whole team forward) so you develop new skills very quickly and have an opportunity to challenge how things are done and experiment with new ideas and alternative solutions. You get to wear a lot of hats, and so find out what you are best at/most interested in. As a small start up you have a chance to shape the culture rather than try and adjust to an established one. Very flexible working days/hours.
Cons
As product development is very fast paced you are constantly working on multiple projects. You have to learn as you go and use your initiative, so its a great place to work if you can embrace the chaos, manage your own workload and take an active role in shaping the business.
