Pros

Parent support was great. Flexible schedule, worked from home. Fun to work with kids.

Cons

Poor business ethics throughout this franchise. I worked here for a short time and discovered the disorganization and lack of quality that hurt not only the employees but the customers as well. When attempting to improve customer service aspects, I was told multiple times not to communicate back with customers "because its not the end of the world" or "they can't expect is to answer them right away". I was also told to ignore some of the schools that we were once partners with. I was often not given the support I needed as the Director and was not given any decision making authority but was held accountable for results. This caused me a lot of embarrassment in front of customers. I made known to the owner Matt many problems in the Nashville organization (which he acknowledged) that he had no idea were happening, yet no changes we're made. I could no longer be a part of this organization that puts customers last. I expressed my concerns multiple times before informing him that I would be leaving. I continued to work after giving my notice giving 3 weeks to find a replacement, during which very little attempt was made to transition me out of this position. When I told Matt I was moving on, he reduced my pay even after I had worked my hours (illegal), and never paid me my last paycheck to top it off. He is in another state and refuses to answer me. He is lucky to have patient team parents to deal with the unprofessionalism and shortcomings. It's a very "thrown-together" operation. Very dissappointing experience. Definitely better soccer options available, especially for the cost of the program.
