      Managers are working in an unorganised way and mentally harass the employees.

      Cons

      Nothing is in the favour of the employees, non-supportive management, partiality and biasedness in all the departments, no professionalism, unnecessary workload on the employees, Managers talk rudely and want to rule over the employees. High level of politics in the company.

      Great growth opportunities, amazing work culture, Awesome appraisals and lots of perks. You grow with the company. Great Managers and quick promotions. A great place to work in overall.Good senior management. They will be around you if you need anything or any help.
