I cannot find anything negative.

- Time flexibility. - Company's management gives you freedom to explore new technology and allows you to use on the product. - Company is keep on changing their policy and introduce new employee reward program to motivate their staff - Day swap policy to allow you to work on non working day to adjust your emergency leaves - There is no office politics in company. - Everyone is given fair chance to show their skill sets and gets appraisal and promotion based on their skill set only.

- Given that the company is going through major development changes, the work load is more. However, company is working towards making the software development more streamline.
