      Pros

      + Great client portfolio ranging from B2B and B2C + Clear direction and emphasis on increasing each individual's domain knowledge, helping them gain certifications and learn about different parts of digital marketing + Best culture I've ever seen at a company. Senior management is very approachable for any issues/concerns and the office environment is infectiously positive every day!

      Cons

      - Long working hours, as with any digital agency!

      Pros

      Freedom, ownership and gives you a chance to experiment on multiple aspects of the business. The company has some of the brightest minds to work with, which keeps your learning high - always.

      Cons

      Nimble teams make it hard to reach the expectations set by the management, more often that not the workload is super high which makes you work over weekends and past office hours.
