      Pros

      Working at Hapana has been the most rewarding position I've had in my career. It's a startup culture who cares deeply about it's people, and takes equity and inclusion serisously. I feel the HR team has done a great job of creating an inclusive environment for everyone. The work is very interesting as you get to see tangible benefits to peoples lives being in the fitness industry. I've found leadership to always be professional and whilst they have huge goals they take wellbeing seriously.

      Such a large feature set - there is alot to be across when working here

      Pros

      Our culture at OFS is tremendous. Our core values say it best: Care for one another as family, Dare to Be the Best. Build trust every day. Deliver what we promise. I am appreciated for the work I do and we are quick to give praise and support to one another. We celebrate as a team in our successes, and lean in as a team to learn from our failures. Its not a "job" if you love what you do.

Our technology's evolution is exciting to track and share with our OneFitStop customers who we cherish. There's always a new and interesting client to engage with or fitness conference to attend. There is no repetitive days at OneFitStop.

      TimeZone adaptations depending which client you are servicing or on-boarding.
