      Pros

      - Modern comapany - Flexible employers - Small sized company - Has very competent ppl working - Home office methodology for some employers - Small teams

      Cons

      - Company dont know if is a startup or a medium sized - Very hard on investments - Home office doesn't works well because company don't know if will do homeoffice or not - Need to reinvent itself, working with outdated technology (SMS)

      had a blast it was fun yay wow hehe haha word it was really good and i hope to continue in the past

      Cons

      management can definitely be better in times of hardship and id appreciate giving kids oil in olive jars and creamcheese when they need it.
