Pros
Cold during winter and hot during summer Free coffee but you have to bring own coffee beans. Nice people but you are not allowed to become friends with employees. Door is open for everyone but there is no exit. You can expect a raise after 5-10 years as senior associate which is great because you know when you might get raise. Samsung computer installed window xp. If company phone goes bad, manager tells you to use personal phone.
Cons
Ignorant managers, not willing to give raise, demeaning to train someone who will make more than you. No micromanagement They don't want you to get better or worst. Numerous tests without training.
