Pros
They will keep poor performing and dysfunctional employees because they're "part of the Hanson's family." This includes employees with felonies, drug/drunk driving convictions and criminal sexual conduct. Because everyone deserves a second chance. Cesspool of negativity.
Cons
Constant promises that you can make so much $$$$ beyond the substandard pay. Unfortunately with so many rules and restrictions that it remains unachievable most times, and you are left with the blame. ONLY hiring for canvassers and sales reps. They'll post ALL SORTS of help wanted ads for different positions just to get you in the door.
