Pros
Its a small company with some great people. Real opportunity to cut your teeth and learn a lot about the conference industry in a short space of time due to size of organisation. You will be given a lot of extra responsibilities you wouldn't get at one of the large conference companies due to their size, which if you are looking to learn is great.
Cons
Having read other reviews on here it is fairly clear that 'one director' is a bully and I'd like to confirm that. Run as a dictatorship from the very top Promotes culture (you will hear culture branded as a weapon quite often if you join) of fear and blame Pay well below the industry standard (make sure you do your homework) Turn over rate is astounding... you will hear it touted as just the industry standard... having moved on since then I can confirm its not!
