      Pros

      The Dallas office is pretty nice, open concept so that the executives can view everyone from the comfort of their offices.

      Cons

      I have witnessed several American employees at this company getting fired for no reason. They are not following ethical employment practices and have several people on their staff who are on their staff who have no other option to work there because they're on student visas. They pay these individuals little and force them to work extensive hours.
