this company on purposely make employee overloaded and create barriers to take holiday: you have to apply for a holiday and have to be approved by 5 hierarchies. When you left, no body could take your work because everybody is overlooked. after you left, this company still kept contacting you for help. The quiting rate is very high. everymonth someone joins and someone left. the big part of daily work is handing over. really a mess. NOBODY SPEAK ENGLISH OR DUTCH!
