Worse place I have ever worked. Horrible. Feels like stepping back in time into a small sales driven mid 1990's privately held tech company with a terrible culture and work environment. The CEO and COO are arrogant narcissistic bullies (think Aussie Donald Trumps). Expect profanity (daily c bomb and f bomb rants in the office..... YES you read correctly, this actually happens!!), aggressive macho behavior, singling out for bulling and degeneration, stressful working conditions, horribly cheap office fit out & equipment and a penny pinching lack of investment in staff (10 year old laptop's at a tech firm...). Salaries are below market level, with no perks like other tech companies (unless you consider a mid 1990 style subsidized staff canteen a perk). Not sure why anyone would want to work here? Good luck to you if you do....attracts a certain kind of person (daddy issues anyone?). It appears that a number of recent positive Glassdoor reviews have been planted unconvincingly by the company's HR team....sad
