      Product team is well defined Progression through product roles is possible Alan Wray was a fantastic boss for me

      Cons

      Preferred the smaller company feel at Sigma before the takeover by Hansen, but that is not really a con given it's a reality of business

      Free coffee provided in the office.

      Cons

      Pay is severely below market averages. The benefits get worse and more expensive each year. It is clear the company does not care about the employees and only cares about shareholder profits.
