Pros

The most enjoyable part was collaborating with a few genuinely supportive coworkers.

Cons

A typical day was fast-paced with shifting priorities and little clarity. While I gained some insight into the signage industry, there was limited opportunity for proper training or growth. Management often lacked clear direction and follow-through, which made expectations feel inconsistent. The workplace culture was strained—communication could be better, and morale seemed low across teams. The hardest part was navigating unclear processes while trying to meet unrealistic timelines.

Pros

Work environment is fairly stable, salary is paid on time without delays, and the schedule and workload are predictable.

Cons

There are almost no additional benefits, and no compensation for work clothing, which would have been a helpful support.

Pros

The president highly focuses on employee development, and shows deep care for all staff. HR focuses on maintaining a positive work environment, which allows you to connect with your peers in a deeper level. Management will work with you in order to provide the resources you need to perform your job well. In return, the expectation is that you also do your part in achieving metrics and being proactive in improving your personal results. This is a place that people will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your job priorities, and that you can develop your personal skills for your position - by promoting coaching with other staff or encouraging you to pursue further education. I highly recommend this place if you are a person who enjoys working and is not afraid to take initiative. Your efforts will be recognized.

Cons

There is a constant research about salary and how they fall in comparison to the rest of the industry. It is something they are actively improving on. An office space is usually shared among 3-4 people. The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
