Pros
The buildings and offices were kept very nicely equipped and there were excellent people that worked in the 66th Force Support Squadron. The amenities on base were top notch.
Cons
There was a lack of close parking, a lack of organization throughout the Squadron from the top down that led to confusion, mistakes, and ultimately and customer complaints. The mission statement is very impactful.... but no one knows what it is because it's not widely encouraged. There is little to no follow up by upper management when things need fixing.
