      The pay was pretty good

      Cons

      Unfortunately I hated working here. The turnover rates are extremely high with people constantly quitting and others being fired. There was no organization and they did not respect your professional opinion. They want a yes man that won’t question anything.

      Pros

      In the maintenance department my direct supervisor is wonderful. Anything I need to do the job better I have the next day. I have made great bonds with all of my coworkers. The operation director is such a breath of fresh air. Logic and comprehension exist and we get things done as a team.

      Cons

      Overtime can be limited depending on customer product demand. Warehouse production area is not climate controlled.
