Over time this has created a culture of “agree first, think later,” where critical thinking and innovation are discouraged -in particular in the life division. The executive team has had nearly no racial diversity for over two decades. Employees can carrying heavy workloads with little recognition or fair pay progression -depending on who is favorited or not by the CEO.
