      Pros

      growing company with good benefits. You can for the most part get time off when you ask two weeks in advance.

      Cons

      the standards are very low when it comes to hiring, very hard to have a professional work place when alot of the people who work there really don't care about doing a good job.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
