      Pros

      Worked at Hannaford for 18 yrs total and still get recognition for my work.

      Cons

      Pay and moving up into management is the biggest downfall and even with several years of exceeds expectations in my reviews I'm still in the same position.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
