      Pros

      The work isn't bad. You usually work with some nice people. It's really hard to come up with pros for this company.

      Cons

      Hannaford refuses to give hard working employees full time, they stifle all individuality and pay is awful, way below local competition. I've been with the company 8 years and am a supervisor and still can't get full time and barely make $9.50 an hour.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
