Pros
Not really any unless you like doing the same thing everyday while everyone else texts till their thumbs fall off while you worknkike a slave since everyone else knows if they don't do their job that you will. If you are hard working and want to do the job correctly don't work here.
Cons
Slackers push all the work onto the one good employee . upper management are ignorant fools who sit in a chair relaxing all day being ignorant of the problems in their store and letting one employee work their butt off while they do nothing to make sure the other employees actually do anything . but they will tell you to do more because your the only one that will do the job. I have worked at two stores and its the same at all of. Them. They pretend to like you but will lie to you and not give you raises you were promised just to keep you around so they can waste your time and years of your life.
