      Hardly see coworkers, most of the work is done alone in your selected aisles. No dress code, welcome to bring headphones.

      Cons

      Working fast enough to hit the required efficiency can be difficult. Definitely a one job kind of place-they want you to work and work fast.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
