      Pay (depending on department), vacation time, 401k

      Cons

      This used to be a good company to work for but in the past few years things have changed for the worse. Crappy raises, cutting staff so there isn't enough help, making policies that make no sense. The opportunity to move up isn't great unless you are buddies with management.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
