      Pros

      You learn many valuable skills, particularly public speaking and how to be more outgoing. You also make good friends with the other people down there in the retail trenches with you.

      Cons

      You are easily replaceable unless you train in multiple job positions. Management is no longer the lead by example group back from 2008, but now are rotated among the other nearby Hannafords just long enough to introduce themselves and further drag the store down.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
