      Pros

      Management is very understanding and tries hard to make your life as easy as possible, as long as you're dependable and responsible in handling your job. The atmosphere is overwhelmingly positive.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be understaffed, but that goes for any job. Just power through it.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
