      good management that you can relate with, good, clean atmosphere to work in.... overall i have enjoyed my time here

      Cons

      hard to move up in company, pay is not too impressive, employee bonuses would be nice to have, not a lot of full time opportunities

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
