      Impossible to get terminated, associates have all the power

      Cons

      unless your last name is schools you will never get a promotion. they only hire people with master degrees in useless fields non related to the company to be corporate or management, latest addition was someone with a masters degree in history. Promotions are close to impossible unless you are chosen and given the path otherwise no chance in a promotion.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
