      Pros

      excellent co-workers with a few exceptions, not a lot of pressure

      Cons

      low pay, lousy hours zero positive feedback, managers constantly breaking the rules when it suits them and then arbitrarily enforcing them on everyone else. Also a huge amount of waste, things thrown away. Hannaford's slogan "Be the Difference" should be "What's the Difference?"

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
