      Pros

      Pay is good. Benefits are fair, paid time off is good. Clean, safe working environment, overall a good employer to work for.

      Cons

      Medical insurance options are not great. Salary managers work a lot more than required 45 hours due to they earn very little management time. Salary management should solely be scheduled to lead and manage.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
