      Good pay, good benefits, semi professional atmosphere (laid back), you feel respected and cared about MOST of the time.

      Some upper management seemed more concerned with bonuses than hiring enough people for things to go smoothly.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
