      Over promising & under delivery. Organisation run by a great salesman & visionary, who thinks he can do it all. Results in unnecessary overwork, poor delivery and missed deadlines

      Pros

      you get the opportunity to do something innovative by bringing a new service/product to the market, leadership team is always striving for continuous improvement (personal and organisational) and the CEO is an inspiring person Work environment is great and the team always stick together in order to meet milestones

      Cons

      Really high pace of work and short time to achieve goals so it takes a bit to accommodate to work requirements, this due to the rapid growth of the company
