Pros
Rich (the owner) always treated me well, and gave me/us the 'freedom' to pass on jobs that were out of our 'comfort zone' (passing them on to other guys in the company that might have more experience in that particular area), and/or 'walk away' from what we might sense as a project that was 'Trouble Waiting to Happen'. (He put the satisfaction of the customer, and the safety of the workers ahead of making a quick buck, and admonished us to do likewise). Danae (Office Manager) was always a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Work is on an 'As Needed' basis and not consistent, but that is more a reflection of the construction/remodel/repair industry as a whole, rather than the company itself.
