While we appreciate your comments regarding our office facilities and our contractors, we find many of the concerns raised in your review inconsistent with the typical scope and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative. Our CSRs focus on administrative support and client communication; detailed corporate financials, such as franchise setup fees and parent-company quarterly deadlines, are generally managed at a different organizational level.
We are committed to fair labor practices and transparent business operations. The "Performance Improvement Plan" is a tool we use specifically to support employee growth and professional development, rather than a means to lower wages. We pride ourselves on the longevity of our team members and the success of our franchisees.
