      Nice work enivornment Great customer base Respected around town Store manager is very competent and listens to employees Good ideas and work ethic are rewarded

      Cons

      At times the relationships and arguments between employees can become annoying High customer volume compared to low employee count is detrimental to keeping a high level of customer service
