Pros

Working on the floor gave me a lot of freedom, i could use the bathroom anytime i wanted, i got to walk around the store (not shop of course), I got to go on my break and lunch at the exact time as sceduled, on days i was by myself in my department it felt nice. I could just be me doing my own thing not being bothered and doing really anything, i stocked whatever was needed, straightened up the dept. , and did my work. On slow days it was quit easy and wasnt too much going on.

Cons

Constantly on your feet, Saturdays are the worst! Theres so many people and you cant really stock anything in the department with all the people there. You cant get anthing done on really busy days and that puts you behind for the next day. Your not allowed to even have your cellphone on you, has to be put in a locker. Your not allowed to leave during nights shifts until the manager tells you to. You dont always get to get off work at the time your sceduled. They oversceduled me a lot and were not really flexible at all with my sceduling. The enviroment was not good with other people, other coworkers would talk about you behind your back, managment showed FAVORITISM. 10% discount, BUT only on non WOW items and everything in the store is a WOW item except for maybe 5 items.
